- The KoçFamily Program for Koç Employees: The KoçFamily Program encompasses the benefits and applications that all employees in the Koç Group Family are offered at every stage to increase the quality of their lives. The stages and processes important to every employee may be itemized as banking transactions during the hiring process (credit cards, loans, etc., e.g.), insurance transactions, buying a car or a house, weddings, births, vacations, training for the employee and his family members, and general developmental solutions. Our greatest power as the Koç Group is the capacity of our companies to meet such needs. The KoçFamily Program provides employees of the Koç Group with special advantages regarding products and services of the companies of the Koç Group, special campaigns and extra benefits. In addition to these opportunities, the KoçFamily Program also develops an awareness of a Group identity and offers employees the benefit of social activities and social responsibility projects.
- The Koç Retirement and Assistance Fund Foundation: The Koç Holding Retirement and Assistance Fund Foundation is a supplementary social security system that was established on November 1, 1967 to provide “supplementary social security and benefits” to employees of the Koç Group who are also part of the Social Security Administration Scheme. All employees hired by the companies of the Koç Group are registered as members of the Koç Retirement and Assistance Fund Foundation.
- The assistance and services offered to members include :
- Risk coverage in the event of death or disability due to sickness
- In the event of retirement or termination of membership
- Single paymet
- Monthly payment of retirement pension.
- Financial aid to meet costs of home acquisition and other needs
- Health insurance for spouses and children. From the date of membership in the Foundation, a deduction is made from the employee’s monthly pay in an amount not to exceed the deduction ceiling established each year by the Foundation Board. Companies pay the same amount as a participatory contribution in the name of the employee. Deduction collection is made on the basis of gross wage. The deduction is 6% per month from members and 6% per month from companies as Participatory Contribution.
- Employees are provided with mobile telephones and computers, depending on the type of job. Lunch is served to employees at company cafeterias. Personnel also benefit from transportation on company vehicles. In addition, Fridays have been designated as Casual Wear Day in an effort to provide employees with a more positive and comfortable working environment.
- Personnel residences are available in Izmit, Izmir, Kıırkkale and Batman. Employees are provided with lodging, depending on position and the features of the job.
- Consumers Cooperative (İ.M.K.O.): Our Consumers Cooperative sells food and clothing to its members who may also use their MB cards to shop from contracted stores.
- Library: With the aim of contributing to the personal development of our employees, our library contains professional, social and cultural publications and provides lending-library services for personnel.
