On the 20th of October 2010, our company released a special announcement concerning a tax inspection report, related to special consumption tax for the periods 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. We have stated that we had been invited to negotiations on the 5th of November prior to the imposition of tax.
Our company has decided not to use our option of conciliation prior to the imposition of tax, but to continue to keep open all our options and legal rights including conciliation after imposition of tax.
All further developments related to this issue will be notified to our investors through the normal channels for such announcements.
