Tüpraş Internship Program for Kırıkkale University Students

Tüpraş, in collaboration with Kırıkkale University, has launched an internship program offering students from the Vocational School and the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences the opportunity to gain field experience, technical development, and a strong start to their career journey. Students who qualify for the Tüpraş Internship Program will receive a Tüpraş Basic Refining Certificate at the end of the program held at the Kırıkkale Refinery.

As Turkey’s leading energy company, Tüpraş has implemented an internship program for students of Kırıkkale University’s Vocational School and Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. Launched with the Kırıkkale University Student Meeting, the Tüpraş Internship Program will take place from July 1 to July 29. The program provides a technical and practical training infrastructure to help young talents make a strong start in their careers.

During the program at the Tüpraş Kırıkkale Refinery, students will experience a comprehensive internship that includes basic refining training, field applications, and technical career development modules. Participants will have the opportunity to observe refinery processes closely, apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, and learn professional work practices on-site. At the end of the program, students will be awarded the Tüpraş Basic Refining Training Certificate.

Applications for the internship program were accepted from 2nd and 4th semester students of all departments in the Vocational School and 8th semester students of all departments in the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at Kırıkkale University.

The Tüpraş Internship Program aims to raise sectoral awareness among students and contribute to local development with a qualified workforce. As one of the exemplary models of university-industry collaboration, the program includes not only technical training but also interactive sessions with Tüpraş executives. This allows students to benefit from the experiences of industry professionals and make more informed career plans. Certificates will be awarded to students who successfully complete the program.
